Woohoo, you’re getting married!
You’re now on the hunt to find the best local wedding vendors who will help you to create the greatest wedding anyone has ever seen.
There are probably all sorts of questions running through your head right now, which is completely normal. I’m here to help you with the answers. Honestly, I love helping my couple’s create the best wedding ever!
Get in touch and I’ll guide you through every step of the marrying journey!
It all started when I was an angsty, know-it-all, hormonal teenager, falling in and out of love. My beautiful Nana Kath often told me, in her thick northern English accent, that I was “in love with being in love”. Back then, I had no idea what she was talking about and often responded with a typical teenage eye-roll. But now as a happy, grounded, emotional (okay, I’m still hormonal) adult, I know exactly what she meant.
I love your ‘how we met’ story and the cute little exchanged grins between you both as you recall the first time you saw one another or your first date. I love to write rom-com type of love stories, and weave that into your wedding ceremony. Getting married is a really fun process, and I love to write your story with you, so it’s completely unique to you and all your guests on your wedding day.
I was born in a little town called Stockport in the late 1970s. My parents realised there were far better places to live and applied to emigrate halfway across the globe, without ever actually visiting the place. We were accepted pretty quickly because there was ‘an abundance of little boys’ within my age group in 1988, and so they rushed our application through!
We felt like we’d arrived in paradise, and moved right across the road from the beach. I spent the first part of my Aussie life on the Central Coast, that little stretch of awesomeness between Sydney and Newcastle. I bounced around a bit after completing my HSC – my extreme party years! But it wasn’t until I finally decided to apply to study Television Production at University in Wagga Wagga that I realised just how much I needed to be near the ocean.
My partner (a Lennox Head local) and I met when we were both living in Manly. He applied to an ad I had placed on Flatmate Finders. Instead, he found a place overlooking Manly Cove, and we started dating. We both moved to the Northern Rivers in 2014, and we’ve been blissfully (well most of the time) happy ever since.
I will immerse myself in your love story, and design a ceremony as unique and raw as your love. I approach both life and work with sincerity, honesty and compassion. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing two people in love, and to empower the beginning of their loveforlife journey together.
There will definitely be lots of laughs, maybe a couple of sweet tears, and a guarantee that everyone attending your wedding ceremony will be feeling super charged to celebrate your love!
If, however, I’m not your girl I truly wish you all the best on your loveforlife journey, and wish you a long, happy and healthy life together.
I encourage all my potential couples to chat with me before making a decision so, what do you reckon about organising a time to chat all about your wedding ceremony ideas?
